Phil Hesketh


Phil was accredited by ADR in 2006, and became a full time mediator in 2008. He is a specialist contentious probate mediator, dealing with trust disputes, will challenges and claims under TOLATA. He also has considerable mediation experience in high value, multi-party personal injury and clinical negligence claims. 
Before becoming a full time mediator Phil was an experienced litigator who specialised in general commercial litigation, employers’ liability and industrial disease claims.
